D165M-T420 Variable Crimp Machine

The D165-T420 Series hose crimper with the Micrometer Style Adjustment and
62 tons of crimping force has the capability to crimp hoses up to 1-¼" 4SP. 

The D165 crimper has the features of the D105 series, but with more powerful 62 ton cylinder gives it the capacity to crimp up to 1 1/4" 4 wire hose while still retaining the small footprint of the D105 series crimpers.

• An infinitely adjustable micrometer and electronic shut off switch make accurate crimps.
• Removable pusher and inverted die position make accurate fitting positioning easy.
• Built-in adjustable retraction stop limits ram retraction to only the amount required to remove the hose and coupling saving time on multiple crimps.
• Pneumatic pendent switch can be operated with hand or foot.
• Available built-in flexible work lamp to illuminate work area for better visibility.
• Base mounting holes allow the crimper to be bench or truck bed mounted if required.
